Force Volleyball Club is excited to announce the addition of both a boys and girls 12U and 13U TRAIN AND PLAY program.
The program is designed to develop skills through quality coaching and provide opportunity for the application of these skilled in various game situations. Train and Play will include 10, two hour sessions over the course of ten weeks beginning in January. The program will focus on the basic development of skills from passing, setting, serving, hitting and blocking to the integration of these skills in to drills and games. Each session will be divided into approximately one hour of skill development and one hour of play, from 2 v 2 to 6 v 6. The sessions will utilize triple ball play and modified court sizes in alignment with Volleyball BC’s requirements for the 12U and 13U age groups. The session is open to all players interested in developing their skills, but is recommended for those who have experience limited to school Volleyball and one year of club Volleyball. Advanced players will likely not be suited for this program.
When: SUNDAYS beginning January 6th and ending on Sunday, March 10th.
Where: Pacific Academy Middle School (10238 168th street, Surrey, BC)
Time: GIRLS – 12:30 – 2:30pm and BOYS 2:30pm – 4:30pm
Cost: $200.00 which includes 10, two hour sessions and a Force Volleyball tshirt (cash or cheque payable to Force Volleyball Club)
